Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Plans and coordinates delivery of quality nursing care in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Collaborates and provides leadership within the clinical team ensuring professional nursing standards are maintained.
- Supports the philosophy goals and shared governance vision of the clinical area and Valley View Hospital.
- Utilizes Epic EMR system (transitioning from Meditech to Epic during assignment).
- Required to participate in evening and weekend call rotations.
- Ensures compliance with all required certifications (BLS ACLS PALS from AHA) and flu vaccine policy.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited or state board-approved nursing program.
- Holds current Colorado RN license in good standing.
- Possesses at least 3 years of RN experience with PACU/CCU experience preferred.
- Specialty focus in Pre-Op and related nursing areas.
- Works 4x10 hour day shifts with call rotation as assigned.
