In this role you will be responsible for turning business strategy into well-defined prioritized features and ensuring theyre delivered successfully.

Your Responsibilities

The role spans four key areas:

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to and communicate the product vision aligned with Crewmeisters mission
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify feature gaps and differentiation opportunities
  • Prioritize features by balancing customer needs business value and development effort
  • Maintain a clear well-organized feature planning board
  • Operate within an AI-first workflow to continuously optimize output

Product Requirements & Design Collaboration

  • Create comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with UX/UI on design specifications providing business context while ensuring solutions are feasible and user-friendly
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering Marketing and other teams to align on expectations

Product Delivery & Launch

  • Support the delivery team during development refining specs and ensuring quality standards
  • Plan and coordinate roll-outs with Product Marketing (go-to-market) and Engineering (technical readiness)

Customer Understanding

  • Process incoming feedback and conduct user research (surveys interviews data analysis)
  • Monitor user behavior through analytics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate insights into product enhancements that drive engagement and satisfaction

What youll bring to the team

  • 2 years in a Product Manager/Owner role.

  • You have an understanding of software development including End-to-end feature ownership.

  • You have experience working with a software or SaaS product.

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.

  • You have a completed tech degree or similar.

  • You have experience in the DACH market

  • You already collected first experiences working in a small business.

  • You have endless curiosity about technology and understanding user needs and are constantly pushing for better.

  • You bring an eagerness and ability to use AI tools to optimize workflows increasing output quality and quantity.

  • You are familiar with agile values and both the Kanban and scrum methodology.

  • You create clear actionable user stories and slice complex epics into work that Engineering can execute confidently and independently.

  • You are quick on your feet and have an analytical data-driven mindset.

  • You bring excellent organisation skills and a great eye for detail.

  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English. Strong knowledge of German is not required but considered a major plus.
