Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned key accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer product roadmaps to align our offerings.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to increase revenue from the current portfolio.
2. Supply Chain & Plant Coordination
- Liaise daily with the Plant Operations and Production Planning teams to monitor order status.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the plant to ensure timely dispatch and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for pricing approvals contract renewals and long-term strategic planning.
3. Sales Operations & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from forecasting and order receipt to payment collection.
- Promptly resolve customer escalations regarding delivery timelines or technical specifications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10 15 years in B2B Sales/Marketing specifically handling large industrial accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Laminations Stampings or Electric Motor manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Education: BE/ (Mechanical/Electrical) is preferred; an MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent bridge-building skills between technical plant teams and commercial departments.
- Resilience and a problem-solving mindset to handle production bottlenecks.
