Job Summary
HSE Engineer
We are proactively seeking a dedicated HSE Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi Kerala. This is a contract position focused on ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Develop implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Investigate incidents accidents and near misses determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure all personnel are trained on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (.) degree.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Health Safety and Environment (HSE) roles.
- Proven knowledge of HSE principles safety inspections and safety officer duties.
- NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
