Website : 1. High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) Expert Operations Machine Uptime: Responsible for maintaining an Equipment Availability (EA) of >97% for HPDC machines ranging from 1000T to 3500T. Peripheral Integration: Maintenance of automatic ladles high-speed sprayers and robotic extractors. Thermal Control: Expert troubleshooting of Die Temperature Controllers (DTCs) electric holding furnaces and Immersion heater systems. 2. Advanced Automation & PLC (Siemens/ABB) Control Systems: Hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1500/TIA Portal and ABB Control Builder. You must be able to perform hardware configuration and logic modifications. HMI/SCADA: Designing and troubleshooting HMI screens (WinCC/PanelView) to improve operator diagnostics. Networking: Diagnosing faults in industrial networks: PROFINET PROFIBUS and EtherNet/IP. Motion Control: Calibrating and tuning Servo Drives for precise Shot injection control and robotic arm positioning. 3. Strategic Maintenance Management KPI Driven: Direct accountability for MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair). Predictive Tools: Implementing CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) using thermal imaging for panels and vibration analysis for motor bearings. Spare Parts Optimization: Management of a Critical Spares list for imported electronic components to ensure zero production loss due to lead times. TPM Implementation: Leading the Planned Maintenance (PM) pillar as part of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) journey. 4. Safety & Utilities Substation & Power: Management of LT/HT panels transformers and APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) panels to maintain a power factor of 0.99. Compliance: Ensuring all activities follow IATF 16949 standards and conducting regular internal safety audits for electrical earthing and LOTO.
