provide Services for Engineering & Construction of Retail Outlets (Gasoline CNG LCNG
LNG EV charging stations Retail Networks) etc. and to be a trust worthy partner to our
clients for the entire life cycle of the product/solution.
5 Position Overview:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data
records assisting in internal coordination and supporting administrative operations for
smooth office functioning.
6 Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports of new machine installations based on
details received from field service staff.
2. Collect and verify data from internal departments (i.e. SCM and F&A) to ensure
correct entry in the ERP system.
3. Prepare Preventive Maintenance Reports (PMRs) and installation reports.
4. Verify and enter Daily Expense Allowance Reports (DEAR) submitted by field service
staff.
5. Provide support in preparing files for internal and external audits.
6. Enter Daily Expense Allowance Reports into the ERP software.
7 Qualifications and Requirements:
8 12 th or graduation with Minimum 6 months to1 years experience in data entry.
9 Competency Requirements:
Time management.
Typing Speed- 40 to 45 words per minutes.
Good command on MS-Office.
