Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas
concepts and brand narratives into visually compelling designs. This role plays a critical part in
shaping how the brand looks feels and communicates across digital and offline platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong design sense visual storytelling ability and execution speed with
experience working in fast-paced environments such as EdTech startups or digital brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Visual Design
Design high-quality visual assets aligned with the brand identity tone and guidelines
Maintain consistency in colors typography layouts and visual language
Help evolve and strengthen the brands visual positioning
2. Digital & Marketing Creatives
Create designs for:
o Social media posts carousels reels covers & thumbnails
o Website banners landing page creatives & UI sections
o Email marketing creatives and digital ads
o Posters flyers brochures and one-pagers
Support campaigns launches workshops bootcamps and events with creatives
3. Sales & Internal Collaterals
Design pitch decks proposals school presentations and reports
Support sales and partnerships with visually persuasive materials
Create templates for recurring use (PPTs social posts reports)
4. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with content writers marketers video editors and leadership
Convert briefs content and concepts into clear visual outputs
Manage multiple design requests while meeting timelines and quality standards
5. Creative Improvement & Trends
Stay updated with design trends formats and best practices
Continuously improve design quality and efficiency
Suggest new creative ideas and visual approaches
Skills Required
Core Design Skills
Strong understanding of layout typography color theory and composition
Ability to create clean modern and professional designs
Strong visual storytelling skills
Tools & Software
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of Canva (mandatory)
Basic understanding of Figma or other UI tools (preferred)
Ability to work with brand templates and style guides
Execution & Collaboration Skills
Ability to understand briefs and deliver on-brand designs
Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to handle feedback constructively and iterate fast
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or
related field
Formal education is preferred but a strong portfolio is mandatory
