Job Summary

Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries through calls walk-ins and digital leads
Conduct project presentations site visits and follow-ups with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat referrals
Coordinate with sales CRM legal and finance teams for bookings and documentation
Assist in negotiations and support sales closures as per company guidelines
Maintain accurate client data follow-ups and status updates in CRM
Ensure smooth customer journey from lead generation to possession
Address client queries concerns and post-sales coordination
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads site visits and conversions
