Job Summary

Job Description:

Provide technical leadership in Oracle PL/SQL design development and optimization
Architect and review scalable secure high-performance database solutions
Lead database performance tuning capacity planning and optimization
Define and enforce coding standards best practices and governance
Guide teams on data modeling schema design and complex SQL/PLSQL
Conduct code reviews technical audits and quality assurance
Lead mentor and manage PL/SQL developers and senior engineers
Allocate tasks plan sprints and track deliverables
Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders
Strong experience in performance tuning & optimization
Experience with large-scale high-volume transactional systems
Solid understanding of data modeling & database architecture
Strong expertise in:Advanced SQL & PL/SQLStored Procedures Functions Packages Triggers Cursors Collections.
Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance
Exposure to ETL Data Warehousing or Reporting.
Proven experience leading and managing technical teams
Strong project planning and execution abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent stakeholder communication & presentation skills
Balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities
