Factorial is growing fast. Every new country we launch and every partner we work with depends on how quickly and well we can build on the web.

Were looking for a Junior/Mid Front-End Developer to help us make that happen.

Youll work at the heart of Growth Marketing and Partnerships building the pages tools and systems that power new market launches and partner-led growth. This is not about one-off landing pages. Its about building things once and scaling them across countries languages and channels.

Your work will go live get traffic and be measured. When something works it gets rolled out globally. When it doesnt youll learn fast and improve it. Youll have real ownership real responsibility and a clear view of the impact youre making.

Youll collaborate daily with marketers designers and partner managers helping shape how Factorial shows up to the world as we keep expanding.

What Youll Do

• Own the front-end growth surface for Growth Marketing and Partnerships: from acquisition flows and partner experiences to the systems behind them.
• Enable new market launches by building reusable CMS-driven patterns that scale across countries languages and go-to-market needs.
• Turn ideas into experiments: build ship measure and iterate on growth initiatives that reach real users and real traffic.
• Shape our CMS and web platform (DatoCMS) so marketers partners and local teams can move fast without breaking things.
• Set a high bar for quality across performance accessibility mobile experience and Core Web Vitals.
• Work closely with designers and marketers to deliver simple fast and polished experiences that convert and scale.

Youll Be a Great Fit If You

• Have solid experience as a front-end developer working with React and on production websites.
• Are comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and not everything is fully defined.
• Have experience working with CMS-driven websites such as DatoCMS Contentful Sanity or similar platforms.
• Enjoy collaborating with non-technical teams and can translate business or partner needs into maintainable solutions.
• Care about performance clean code and user experience especially at scale.
• Are interested in growth partnerships and internationalization and want to understand how your work impacts acquisition and revenue.
• Are proactive pragmatic and comfortable balancing speed with quality.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
• Experience with A/B testing analytics tools or experimentation platforms
• Experience with multi-market setups
• Basic backend knowledge (Rails PHP or similar)
• Animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP
