The Technical Software Specialist acts as a liaison between business users and IT facilitating communication collaboration and tracking of testing activities within the UAT environment. The role focuses on enhancing batch reporting and processing implementing updated interfaces and supporting software quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated software testing.
- Execute test cases and identify/log defects.
- Conduct output comparisons to detect discrepancies.
- Organize testing schedules and track project activities.
- Maintain testing artifacts including test plans and results.
- Assist with pre- and post-deployment checks.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams.
- Report testing status issues and results to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10 years leading planning and delivering complex software modernization projects.
- 10 years capturing system requirements and guiding UAT preparation.
- 10 years managing system enhancements and module integrations.
- 10 years experience with workforce or enterprise service systems in a government or large-scale environment.
