Overview

FocusPoint is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify a Pricing Transparency BI Developer who will support enterprise-wide analytics reporting and business intelligence initiatives. This role focuses on developing and maintaining BI tools supporting pricing transparency operations and enabling data-driven decision-making across financial and operational teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise experience with BI platforms and a deep understanding of healthcare financial data.

Key Responsibilities

Support day to day operations related to pricing transparency analytics and associated business intelligence applications.
Develop enhance and maintain BI tools and dashboards including Qlik based applications or similar analytics platforms.
Prepare analyze and interpret organization-wide reporting related to pricing transparency payer data and financial performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance analytics IT and operational teams to deliver accurate actionable insights.
Partner with technology teams to implement solutions that improve data accessibility reporting efficiency and end user experience.
Utilize knowledge of patient financials revenue cycle data and healthcare financial systems to support reporting and analysis.
Assist in designing and developing advanced ad hoc reports and analytics deliverables.
Identify and document reporting requirements in collaboration with business partners.
Extract transform and manipulate data from multiple databases and data sources.
Participate in acceptance testing quality assurance and validation of reporting outputs.
Perform additional analytics or reporting tasks as assigned.

Experience Requirements

3 years of experience in business intelligence data analytics or a related field (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
Experience working with large datasets and complex financial or operational data environments.

Education

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Systems Data Analytics Finance Computer Science) preferred.
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

Strong proficiency with BI and analytics platforms (e.g. Qlik Power BI Tableau).
Advanced skills in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server Teradata cloud-based data platforms).
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities.
Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle concepts payer structures and financial reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing competing priorities.
