Job Title: Enterprise Program Manager (Legacy Modernization State of Texas Low-Code)
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid - Local candidates only) (Within 50-mile radius)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications - Proven project management experience delivering large-scale enterprise-wide system implementations
- Experience managing projects for the State of Texas or similar Federal/State government agencies
- Strong background in project management and systems analysis specifically leading and managing legacy system modernization initiatives
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams manage stakeholders and align technical delivery with business objectives
- Strong documentation communication and reporting skills for executive and governance audiences
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework
- Hands-on experience with low-code or no-code technology solutions
- Familiarity with Texas statewide systems and enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of the State of Texas Quality Assurance Team (QAT) process for Major Information Resources Projects (MIRP)
- Experience supporting compliance governance and regulatory reporting requirements
Responsibilities - Lead and manage large-scale enterprise modernization projects from initiation through deployment
- Oversee project planning scheduling scope management risk management and issue resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders technical teams vendors and executive leadership
- Ensure project compliance with State of Texas standards governance processes and reporting requirements
- Prepare and deliver project artifacts including project plans status reports risk logs and executive presentations
- Manage modernization of legacy systems ensuring minimal disruption to operations and smooth transition to new solutions
- Support quality assurance audits and project reviews as required
