Job Title: Lead BA (15 years exp and H1B or USC ONLY no GC candidates)

Location: Austin TX (Onsite- Texas local candidates)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies including user story creation and active participation in all Agile ceremonies
• Proven ability to lead Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions within an Agile team
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps Jira or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to perform highly complex senior-level business analysis
• Ability to work under limited supervision with substantial independence and initiative
• Experience coordinating the analysis of program policies and procedures and assessing their impact on automated systems and functional areas
• Proven experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors to complete projects and service requests
• Strong background in business process improvement through automation and system enhancements
• Experience consulting on application analysis troubleshooting system issues and implementing effective solutions
• Ability to provide complex quality assurance oversight or consultation for projects assignments and special initiatives
• Experience reviewing complex project deliverables including project charters design documentation test plans and risk assessment plans and providing detailed feedback
• Experience developing training curricula and conducting formal training sessions for system modules
• Ability to design or review test cases and manage process change requests

• Previous experience working with TDA systems

• Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Refinement sessions
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear well-defined requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders technical teams vendors and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Evaluate policies procedures and business processes to determine system impacts and automation opportunities
• Support application analysis troubleshoot system issues and implement effective resolutions
• Provide quality assurance oversight to ensure project deliverables meet established standards
• Review and provide feedback on key project artifacts and documentation
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct formal training sessions as required
• Support testing activities including test case design and review
• Assist in identifying process improvements and supporting system modernization initiatives
