Job Summary

Glindway is a development studio that builds ambitious AI and software solutions for various industries. We guide companies through the entire lifecycle from discovery and validation to production-grade systems and ongoing operations. We look for high-agency people who want to see their work drive tangible impact for real-world industries moving past prototypes into robust deployed solutions.

Tasks

We dont micromanage. Youll own your features from the first line of code to the final deployment. As our sixth team member youll collaborate directly with the founders to move the needle on:

Prototype Fast Turn a Discovery & Scoping session into a functioning PoC within days
Ship Production Code Build and scale backends and sleek frontends that meet enterprise security standards
AI Implementation Work on the full lifecycle: integrating LLMs RAG architectures or computer vision into existing business processes
Agentic Workflows Utilize and help refine state-of-the-art agentic coding workflows (e.g. Claude Code) to accelerate our development cycles
and anything else that comes up in a start-up whether thats drafting a blog post supporting a client workshop or helping shape a pitch.

Requirements

Above all youre someone who thrives on learning takes initiative and gets energized by the pace of startup life. On the technical side youre currently pursuing a degree in CS or Software Engineering (or similar) and bring:

The Languages Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
The Frontend Experience with web technologies (e.g. HTML CSS React etc.). You care about how things look and feel
The Backend & API Knowledge of REST/GraphQL and first experience building scalable backends
The Data Youre comfortable with SQL (PostgreSQL) and have played around with NoSQL (BigTable MongoDB)
Communication Fluency in English is a must. If you speak German thats a plus for our client interactions
AI-Assisted Coding You are already using modern AI tools to speed up development translate requirements into code and critically review output to ensure high quality
