With an established client base and a strong pipeline of high-quality work we are offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Special Counsel Property to step into a pivotal role within our growing practice.
This position is ideal for a senior property lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients contributing strategically to matters and playing an active role in business development. You will work on complex and rewarding transactions while having the autonomy and support to further shape your career at a senior level.

Key Expertise and Experience:
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- A minimum of 7 years PAE in property law
- Strong experience in sales and purchases of residential and commercial real estate
- Exposure to off-the-plan developments (advantageous but not essential)
- Proven capability in leasing documentation for landlords and/or tenants
- Experience with sale and purchase of business transactions and contract advice
- Sound knowledge of property-related legislation
- A well-established network of clients referrers and industry contacts
- Strong financial acumen and business development capability with the ability to meet personal and team billing and revenue targets
- A client-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills
