Job Summary

Job Title : ERP Program Manager / Project Lead
Job Type: Contract

Location: Portland OR

Role Summary

We need experienced ERP Program Manager / Program Lead to support a large-scale cloud/SaaS ERP modernization program for a major public sector client (educational environment). This role focuses on program governance delivery leadership stakeholder coordination and vendor oversight not hands-on ERP configuration.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day ERP program execution across HR Finance Procurement & Budget workstreams
Run governance routines (status reporting RAID decisions escalations)
Coordinate across client teams ERP vendor / implementation partners
Manage timelines risks dependencies and delivery readiness
Partner with Change Management leads to support adoption and rollout planning

Qualifications

Required

Led at least one SaaS/cloud ERP implementation in the last 5 years
Experience working with public sector/educational OR large complex organizations
Strong leadership across mixed teams (client staff contractors vendors)
Comfortable in onsite/hybrid stakeholder-heavy environments
PMP/PgMP Certified
K-12 district ERP modernization experience
Experience with phased rollouts and multi-workstream delivery
