Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own technical design and solution direction for assigned JET workstreams
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Partner closely with architects and development teams on:
- API and data service design
- Cloud-based architecture and integrations
Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews to ensure quality and consistency
Provide hands-on technical guidance and oversight across development teams
Lead and mentor both senior and junior developers
Participate in onsite technical and architectural design sessions as required
Support additional enterprise digital initiatives beyond the JET application

Role Focus:

50% hands-on technical oversight code reviews and guidance
50% architecture reviews solution design and cross-team collaboration

Required Qualifications

Strong experience as a hands-on Tech Lead in enterprise application environments
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
Experience leading and mentoring development teams
Comfort balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and facilitation

Technical & Soft Skills

Core Technical Skills (Required):

.NET / C# (strong preference 8)
Angular (Angular 17 or higher)
AWS Cloud including:
- EKS
- DynamoDB
- Lambda
- S3
- RDS

Nice-to-Have Skills:

AWS Certifications
Additional AWS services: IAM SQS Secrets Manager
Mobile development experience (Swift Objective-C)
Experience with web and mobile applications including iPad and responsive web platforms

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with architects developers and business stakeholders
Leadership mindset with a practical hands-on approach
