Required

Minimum 6 8 years of experience in:
- Senior development and architecture
- Designing & implementing financial and budget applications
- C# .NET
- Microsoft SQL Server installation maintenance and optimization
- SSIS / integration services
- Disaster recovery design & testing
- Designing and maintaining TDE encryption
- Developing Windows Services
- Developing Web Services
- Designing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and documentation
- TSM LiteSpeed VMware FTP
- Active Reports and/or StimulSoft Reports
- MSTDC configuration and implementation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to mentor state staff best practices
Financial institution experience (6 years)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Need Local candidates

Preferred

Working knowledge of state and federal laws procurement budget HR and payroll processes
Experience supporting government budget systems
