Summary:
Join a leading rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist (PT) dedicated to providing acute rehabilitation care in a fast-paced 18-bed ARU unit. This role emphasizes patient evaluation development and implementation of treatment plans and education for patients families and nursing staff. The position offers a collaborative supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient conditions develop treatment plans and implement therapies to improve patient outcomes.
Instruct nursing staff and family members on follow-through programs to continue patient progress.
Document patient care accurately according to regulatory licensing payer and accrediting standards.
Communicate patient progress and issues with supervisors and team members.
Maintain a safe clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly handled.
Adhere to company policies professional standards and state/federal laws.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Missouri.
Current CPR certification.
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Open to new graduates.
