JOB TITLE: MH-139 Aircraft Maintenance Technician - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Cheyenne WY
PAY RATE: $43/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required and a clearance that has been active within the past 24 months is considered current

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Perform assembly disassembly modification and overhaul of aerospace vehicle systems
Troubleshoot pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems
Conduct validation and verification testing
Document maintenance and inspection results to meet regulatory and contractual requirements
Inspect and verify repairs for flight worthiness
Work under general direction in a high-paced operational environment
100% onsite work required

Requirements:

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required and a clearance that has been active within the past 24 months is considered current
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (vocational school associate degree bachelors etc.).

Minimum 3 years of military aircraft maintenance experience
Knowledge of aircraft tools and test equipment (torque wrenches micrometers dial indicators sheet metal tools etc.)
Willingness to work variable shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

MH-139 maintenance or modification experience
Rotorcraft maintenance experience
A&P License (current or previously held)
General Mechanic experience
