Role Overview

Client is looking for a senior Workday specialist with deep hands-on expertise in Workday Talent and Recruitment modules. The resource will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements configure test and implement Workday solutions while ensuring compliance system stability and seamless integrations across Workday HCM.

Must-Have Hands-on Skill Set (Technical & Functional / Experience Highlights)

8 years overall IT / Human Capital Management experience
5 years hands-on Workday Talent & Recruitment support
Strong expertise in Workday HCM configuration
Hands-on with Workday Report Writer
Business Process Framework (BPF)
Configurable Security
BIRT Reporting
Experience supporting Workday integrations
System testing incident management and change management
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) boards
Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit controls
