Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced App Developer to provide on-site programming services for an Accountability System utilized by the Pennsylvania National Guard. The role involves enhancing system functionality troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support. Candidates must work a hybrid schedule of 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Review current system and implement improvements for performance and efficiency.
Develop and deploy solutions using C# Core and MVC frameworks.
Create and manage Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Write complex SQL queries and manage SQL databases including SSIS SSRS.
Collaborate with IT teams and provide technical expertise to enhance database solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

7 years of experience in C# Core MVC and SQL Server.
Proficient in Azure DevOps tools including Azure Repos and Azure Boards.
Strong background in SQL including writing/debugging complex queries.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (5 years preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft 360 Suite (Access Word Excel PowerPoint).
