About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fast-food team! If you have strong leadership skills a passion for guest service and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment we want to hear from you!

Assistant Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
Lead and support team members to ensure exceptional customer service
Supervise both drive-thru and dining room operations for speed and efficiency
Train and develop staff to maintain high service and food quality standards
Assist with scheduling labor management and inventory control
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
Handle guest concerns professionally to enhance customer experience
Support business growth by helping drive sales and operational excellence

Assistant Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Manager in a fast food fast-casual or quick-service (QSR) restaurant
Experience managing drive-thru and dining room operations
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume fast-paced environments
Knowledge of labor cost management inventory and basic restaurant financials
A passion for team development and guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
