Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Senior Java Developers to join a high-performance engineering team working on customer-facing business applications in the financial domain. This is a hybrid role based out of Boston MA requiring onsite. Candidates should have a strong foundation in Java Spring Boot Kafka and Linux with an emphasis on performance and distributed systems.

Essential Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Java (Core Java 9 years)
Proficiency in Spring Boot
Solid understanding of Multithreading and Concurrent Programming
Experience working on Linux (command-line scripting debugging)
Exposure to Kafka and distributed processing systems
Familiarity with data partitioning relational databases (e.g. Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL)
Proven experience building customer-facing applications in the financial domain

Good to Have:

Experience with distributed caching (e.g. Redis Apache Ignite)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation
