Job Summary
*** BR Crisis Rate for 2/15 or 2/22 Start - ARRT Certified Radiologic Tech 40hrs. Days NO RCIS ****** If Traveler Start Date is after 2/23 Rate will be BR. ***** FREE on-site Parking **** Brand New On-Site Call Room ** 1) Unit Name: Cardiac Cath Lab ARRT Certified Radiologic Tech. 2) Shift: 4x10 Days 7:00am - 5:30pm * with 7 Call shifts per schedule block (4 weeks) dependent upon staffing (3 of those shifts are a full weekend - Friday Saturday & Sunday). Traveler must secure housing within 30 minutes of Salem Hospital in order to fulfill on-call obligations. 3) Brief Unit Description: Cardiac Catheterization and EP lab. 2 Rooms. PCI Impella balloon pump device implant ablations etc. 4) Years of Experience: 3 yrs. of recent experience required. 5) Skill Sets Required: Interventional Cardiac PCI Scrub and EPIC experience required. Cath/EP Lab experience. EP Responsibilities: scrub for device implants lead revision and ablations. 6) Patient Population: Adult. 7) EMR (Charting System): EPIC - cupid. 8) Equipment Used: Toshiba X-Ray. 9) Floating Required: Potentially to Interventional Radiology. 10) Certifications Required: ARRT Certification & Current MA License as Radiology Tech. AHA ACLS.
