Job Summary

Network & Security Administration

Manage and troubleshoot complex network and security configurations including routers switches firewalls proxies load balancers DMZ setups IP/subnet management MAC addresses and ports.
Configure and support enterprise authentication protocols such as RBAC Kerberos SSO LDAP and Active Directory.
Work closely with SecDesign teams to implement approved security controls and frameworks.

Server & Platform Management

Perform server administration across Windows Linux Mac and vendor specific ecosystems (CA BMC IBM DataPower etc.).
Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure in partnership with DevOps teams.

Automation & Scripting

Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell Python Perl or Shell to streamline operational tasks.

IoT/OT Support

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for IoT/OT devices across Android Windows Linux Unix and iOS platforms.
Manage upgrades patches and health monitoring of existing IoT systems.

Stakeholder & Global Collaboration

Engage with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely updates.
Work in a globally distributed engineering environment to deliver innovative robust solutions.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in network administration security frameworks and authentication protocols.
Hands on experience with server administration (Windows/Linux/Mac).
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell / Python / Perl / Shell).
Knowledge of cloud/DevOps tools and CI/CD environments.
Experience supporting IoT/OT ecosystems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
