Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and configure LabWare LIMS workflows templates and functionalities.
Implement custom scripts and extensions using LabWare scripting language (LIMS Basic).
Integrate LIMS with instruments enterprise systems (ERP ELN) and external applications.
Perform system upgrades patches and validation activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS configuration and performance.
Collaborate with QA IT and laboratory teams to ensure compliance with GxP FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulatory standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation SOPs and user guides.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS (configuration scripting workflows).
Proficiency in LIMS Basic scripting and LabWare architecture.
Experience in system integration (instruments ERP ELN APIs).
Solid understanding of laboratory processes and regulatory compliance (GxP Part 11).
Knowledge of SQL Oracle or other relational databases.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
