Core Responsibilities 35%
- Configure and customize the OSC Customer Portal and Admin Console.
- Manage OSC environments (Dev Stage Prod) and support deployment activities.
- Enhance and maintain PHP MVC backend logic including business rule updates and integrations.
- Update front-end components using JavaScript jQuery CSS and PHP.
- Ensure compliance with the Ontario Design System (ODS) and accessibility standards.
- Implement unit and functional testing; ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Support role-based access control and privacy-compliant non-production environments.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation of technical components.
Required Skills & Experience 35%
3 years of proven experience with Full Stack development using Angular React Vue or similar.
1 3 years working with Oracle Service Cloud or similar cloud platform in Implementation & Administration support for profiles and permissions users setup workspaces rules.
1 3 years of proven experience in Customer Portal customization using widgets UI updates and Agent Browser UI extensions with JS/PHP.
1 2 years of demonstrated experience with Integrations using Connect REST/SOAP and Connect PHP API.
1 2 years proven experience in Reporting & Analytics to build/maintain reports and dashboards.
1 2 years of experience with Security & Operations to apply secure configuration practices and change processes.
1 3 years of demonstrated experience with Core stack development using JavaScript PHP HTML/CSS SQL; and enterprise SDLC/DevOps practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills 20%
- Familiarity with OPS privacy/security processes including PIA and TRA.
- Experience with legacy code modernization or maintenance.
- Comfort with writing technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer.
- Experience in public-sector digital services or emergency operations workflows.
