Job Summary

Role: SAP B1 Consultant
Duration: 4-6 month (potential to extend)
Location: Hybrid: Lewis Center OH

Senior Technology Business Analyst / ERP Consultant to optimize their SAP B1 system evaluate production processes and recommend operational improvements. This role does not involve development but requires strong technical understanding business process analysis and system integration insight.

Key Focus Areas:

Optimize SAP B1 for WIP tracking and the Sales / Order-to-Cash modules
Identify gaps caused by disparate data sources; recommend ways to consolidate and create a single source of truth
Evaluate home-grown or third-party system integration into SAP B1
Assess team skills and organizational structure recommending areas for improvement

Candidate Must-Haves

SAP Business One expertise
- Particularly with manufacturing operations and WIP
- Hands-on experience improving order-to-cash workflows
Business Analysis Skills
- Strong process mapping and documentation
- Ability to make practical actionable recommendations
Integration Knowledge
- Experience integrating smaller home-grown systems with ERP
Operations Insight
- Understanding of mid-market apparel production / discrete manufacturing
Soft Skills
- Comfortable in a scrappy environment with a small IT / operations team
- Effective communicator across technical and business functions

What Will Make You Stand Out

Previous experience optimizing WIP in SAP B1 for mid-market manufacturing
Ability to document and advise without requiring major ERP re-architecture
Examples of turning fragmented data sources into a single source of truth
Experience providing strategic recommendations to improve team efficiency or org design
