Role Summary:
The ITOM Specialist will design and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities including discovery service mapping event management and AI-driven operations (AIOps) to support proactive monitoring anomaly detection and automated incident response.
The ITOM Specialist will design and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities including discovery service mapping event management and AI-driven operations (AIOps) to support proactive monitoring anomaly detection and automated incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement CMDB discovery and dependency mapping across infrastructure and cloud assets
- Configure event management and integrate monitoring tools (SCOM SolarWinds network tools)
- Enable AI-driven anomaly detection predictive analytics and automated incident creation
- Support service impact analysis and root-cause identification
- Enable self-healing and automated remediation workflows where appropriate
