Job Summary

Data Engineer/Support

Well versed with Agile process and should be able to provide Daily weekly Monthly Reporting
Check Logs Understand the Code Identify Gaps & create tickets and assign it to the appropriate team/ Individuals Dev Support Tickets and work with team to resolve it & update the documentation/ jira tickets.
Key responsibilities include proactive monitoring triaging and escalating issues developing comprehensive runbooks generating detailed incident reports and conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and managing Jira tickets ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with diverse upstream and downstream teams to maintain system stability and data integrity.
