We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate complex Web3 concepts into compelling visual stories and elevate our brand identity across digital platforms.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and creating high-impact design assets across marketing product and community channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing product and engineering teams to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent content.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design
- Design creative assets for social media website blogs newsletters and campaigns
- Create visuals for product launches announcements events and partnerships
- Develop brand-consistent templates illustrations and visual systems
Product & Web Design
- Support website design updates landing pages and UI visuals
- Create infographics and visual explanations for technical Web3 concepts
- Collaborate with product and UX teams on design needs
Content & Community
- Design visuals for community platforms (Discord Twitter/X LinkedIn etc.)
- Create presentations pitch decks and internal documentation visuals
- Support employer branding and recruitment materials
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Maintain and evolve visual identity and design guidelines
- Work closely with marketers developers and stakeholders to deliver creative solutions
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 25 years of experience in graphic design visual design or digital design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding digital and creative work
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography color theory layout and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for digital platforms and social media
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in Web3 blockchain fintech SaaS or tech startups
- Motion graphics video editing or 3D design skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with brand building in fast-growing startups
