What Youll Do

Conduct structured consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
Support individuals exploring career change growth and worklife balance
Use a relationship-focused needs-based communication approach
Clearly explain learning pathways and program expectations
Maintain notes and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
Manage your own schedule and workflow independently

Ideal Background

Experience in HR coaching career advising client success or admissions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Open to performance-based non-traditional work models
