Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Key Responsibilities
-
Design develop and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms
-
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and build predictive systems
-
Build and optimize supervised unsupervised and deep learning models
-
Implement NLP Computer Vision or Recommendation Systems (as per project)
-
Train evaluate and fine-tune ML models for performance and scalability
-
Deploy models using APIs cloud platforms or MLOps pipelines
-
Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and product teams
-
Monitor model performance and retrain models when required
-
Document model architecture experiments and results
Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning & AI concepts
-
Programming experience in Python (preferred) or R
-
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn
-
Good understanding of Statistics Probability Linear Algebra
-
Experience with Data preprocessing feature engineering
-
Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
-
Familiarity with REST APIs
-
Experience with Git / version control
Preferred Skills

Experience with Deep Learning NLP or Computer Vision

Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)

Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow Kubeflow Airflow)

Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes

Understanding of Big Data tools (Spark Hadoop)
Education & Experience
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or related field

5 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development (depending on role level)
