Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Asphalt Laborer to join our paving crew in Aberdeen MS. This role supports daily asphalt operations by assisting with site preparation material handling and equipment support to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving patching and repair work
- Load unload and transport materials and tools
- Support operation of asphalt equipment as trained
- Maintain clean organized and safe work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and crew instructions
- Perform general labor tasks on job sites
Qualifications
- Asphalt or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable punctual and strong work ethic
