We are seeking reliable friendly and committed House Cleaners to support NDIS participants and older Australians to live safely and comfortably at home.
As a House Cleaner with Regal Care you will deliver essential domestic assistance that supports independence dignity and wellbeing. Youll work in clients homes providing quality cleaning and maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highquality cleaning services: vacuuming mopping dusting kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Assist with general household duties including laundry bed-making and tidying
- Maintain a clean and hygienic home environment based on individual client needs
- Follow client support plans and Regal Care procedures
- Build respectful professional relationships with clients
- Report any changes in client needs or concerns to the office promptly
- Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple shifts
Requirements
(No formal qualifications required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (support provided if needed)
- Own reliable transport and a valid drivers licence
- Smartphone for schedules apps and communication
- Good communication skills and a positive professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Genuine passion for helping people in the community

Required Skills:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: A compassionate respectful and personcentred approach to care Ability to work independently without direct supervision in clients homes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliability flexibility and effective timemanagement Essential / Highly desirable: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support Aged Care or Community Services (or willingness to obtain) Current National Police Check and relevant worker screening Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) Valid Australian drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle (for communitybased roles) Ability to understand comply with and uphold the Aged Care Code of Conduct in all interactions Ability to maintain vaccination status as required by government funding bodies and host agencies (Regal Care respects individual choices and personal preferences regarding vaccinations; however compliance with applicable vaccination requirements is mandatory when undertaking shifts where such requirements apply) Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekdays weekends and public holidays
