We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates building strong pipelines and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at reaching out to passive candidates and has a strong ability to engage them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed job boards and other recruiting technologies.
- Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels including cold calling email and social media.
- Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs.
- Utilize our applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear timely communication.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
Qualifications :
- BA or associate degree is preferred plus 5 years of experience
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment and engaging talent through cold calls.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and outreach.
- Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Team player ability to initiate communication with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office 365
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
