Job Summary

What Youll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing growers while identifying and onboarding new customers in your territory.
  • Provide agronomic recommendations and solutions that help growers achieve higher yields and improved profitability.
  • Promote and sell seed fertilizer and crop protection products tailored to each growers specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal agronomy logistics and management teams to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery.
  • Stay current on product knowledge market trends and agronomic advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
  • Manage territory goals forecast sales and contribute to overall company growth through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in agronomy sales or a related agricultural role.
  • Proven success selling seed fertilizer and crop protection products directly to growers.
  • Strong agronomic knowledge and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A degree in Agronomy Ag Business Crop Science or related field (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70000 $80000/year
  • Commission Potential: $100000 $130000 (realistic earning potential for high performers)
