About the Role:
Youll analyze business operations streamline processes and create reporting that supports strategic decisionmaking. This role partners closely with Operations Finance HR and IT to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Develop KPIs dashboards and performance reports.
- Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Support process documentation workflow mapping and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to support forecasting planning audits and compliance.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Finance or related field.
- 35 years of experience in business operations or analytics.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Power BI/Tableau experience Lean/Six Sigma exposure financial or project support.
