Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Meaningful Work Every Day

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and mobility
- Provide personal care with dignity respect and empathy
- Support residents in memory care and rehab units with specialized needs
- Monitor and report changes in residents condition to nursing staff
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- This is a weekend-only schedule. You must have the availability to work every Saturday & Sunday on the PM shift
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL
- Prior experience in skilled nursing facility or intermediate care facility is ideal
- Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care) is helpful

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Short-term Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
