Job Description What Youll Do
Provide practical support and companionship including:
Companionship and emotional reassurance
Personal care and daily routines
Medication prompts/support (where required)
Mobility support and assistance with outings
Meal preparation and light household tasks
Saturday afternoon and evening visits are planned and consistent supporting continuity for clients and reliable hours for you.
Qualifications :
Training & Development No Experience Required
No previous care experience is needed full training is provided.
You will receive:
Structured induction and shadowing
Paid mandatory training
Ongoing supervision and skills support
Option to undertake accredited Dementia Care training
Option to undertake accredited End of Life Care training
Financial and educational support towards recognised Health & Social Care qualifications
