JOB OVERVIEW:

Under the general guidance of the Restaurant Manager the Runner is responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage team by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests. The Runner contributes to a smooth and efficient service flow upholding brand standards and works collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist servers and bartenders by promptly delivering food and beverages to guests tables in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and that presentation meets brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate and prioritize food delivery.
• Clear plates glasses and utensils from tables quickly and discreetly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for next guests.
• Replenish supplies such as condiments napkins and utensils at service stations as needed throughout the shift.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas according to restaurant standards.
• Support the team by responding swiftly to guest requests and assisting wherever needed to maintain smooth service flow.
• Follow all health safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Report any guest concerns or issues to supervisors immediately for prompt resolution.
• Maintain personal work area cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service. 
• We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
