Job Summary


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Accurately input customer information and update records in the database
  • Follow scripted responses and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication
  • Meet or exceed call volume and quality assurance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Prof in basic computer skills and data entry

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with financial services or related industry is a plus
