- Follow scripted responses and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication
- Meet or exceed call volume and quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prof in basic computer skills and data entry
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with financial services or related industry is a plus
