Our business within Transportation and Places is growing and we are now looking for an engaged Project Controller to join our Project Control team a group of highly skilled project controllers with team members based in both Stockholm Sweden and Poznan Poland. You will be in Poznan and work with projects in Sweden.
Together we form a strong collaborative and internationally connected team working closely with the business and our largest projects.
Your key responsibilities are:
In this role you will work with financial follow-up and cost control in some of our largest infrastructure projects in Sweden. You will be responsible for project reporting monthly closings budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
As a Project Controller you will be a key support to the project management team and contribute to the continuous development of project finances and working processes.
You will collaborate closely with other controllers and be a central part of a cross-border team. By sharing knowledge and creating financial understanding you contribute to engagement development and improved profitability.
Together we work to move the business forward and deliver results that truly make a difference.
Qualifications :
Must have:
- University degree in Finance Economics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Controller
- Experience in financial follow-up and reporting
- Experience in Excel ERP systems and/or Power BI
Good to have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively towards shared goals
- Will to take ownership and responsibility
- Self-driven proactive and able to see the bigger picture approach
