Job Overview:
We are hiring Danish Speaking Customer Support Representatives for projects across multiple EU countries. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide professional and high-quality customer support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
- Danish language proficiency at C1 level or higher
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- EU citizenship is mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills
- No previous customer support experience required
- Highschool diploma or higher
