Job Overview:
We are hiring Danish Speaking Customer Support Representatives for projects across multiple EU countries. This is a unique opportunity to explore beautiful European destinations build an international career and gain global work experience all supported by the company. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Provide professional and high-quality customer support
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards

    Requirements:
  • Danish language proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • EU citizenship is mandatory
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • No previous customer support experience required
  • Highschool diploma or higher
