Overview

Our client a leading energy company in the utility sector is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Special Projects organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a project coordinator with 0-5 years of experience to work on impactful projects within the power generation division of a Fortune 500 energy leader.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist lead Project Managers with project execution and delivery
Interface with diverse stakeholders across multiple disciplines and departments
Support project planning scheduling and resource coordination activities
Assist with project documentation reporting and communication processes
Collaborate with construction and renewable energy project teams
Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or issues
Facilitate meetings and maintain project communication channels
Support compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

0-5 years of experience in project management or coordination
Background in construction/renewables industry preferred
Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
Must be able to work onsite - no remote work options
