Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Boutique Sales Associate to join our team at A Perfect Bloom Memphis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs maintaining the appearance of the store and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers with finding and trying on clothing and accessories

- Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

- Maintain the appearance of the store by restocking merchandise organizing displays and keeping the store clean and tidy

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products

- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with an average of 20-25 hours per week. The schedule may vary based on the needs of the business. The work environment is a retail setting with periods of standing and walking. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
