Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care in line with NMC standards and CQC requirements.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate care for residents.
- Supervise and mentor care staff ensuring best practice is maintained.
- Promote a safe caring and supportive environment for residents.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to audits and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Minimum 2 years nursing home experience.
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements.
- Experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
