What you should have:
- 5 years of experience in hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
- Strong team coordination and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;
- A people-first mindset with a strong eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;
- Confidence with digital tools booking systems and hospitality tech;
- Previous hostel experience is a big bonus.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing the Kitchen Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.;
- Being a daily point of reference for team members ensuring tasks are clear spirits are high and operations run smoothly;
- Monitoring service standards helping resolve guest issues and keeping the Square vibe alive;
- Coordinating shifts schedules and workflows to keep everything moving;
- Assisting with admin tasks reporting inventory and compliance with Italian local regulations.
